Sinter Hydraulics has successfully completed the manufacturing, testing, and dispatch of a 60-Ton Two-Station Hydraulic Press to Nepal for the production of roof tiles.
The hydraulic press has been designed to provide an efficient and flexible production solution, incorporating two independent pressing stations operated through a single hydraulic powerpack and a common control system.
A Complete Hydraulic Pressing Solution
The supplied system consists of a 60-Ton Two-Station Hydraulic Press designed specifically to support roof tile manufacturing.
A key feature of the system is its configuration with two pressing stations powered by one common hydraulic powerpack. This provides a centralized hydraulic system while allowing the two presses to be operated independently according to production requirements.

The system also incorporates a common control panel along with two separate operating panels, providing dedicated operation for each press station while maintaining centralized control of the overall hydraulic system.
The complete shipment includes:
- 60-Ton Two-Station Hydraulic Press
- Common Hydraulic Powerpack for both press stations
- Common Control Panel
- Two Independent Operating Panels
- Roof Tile Die Mould
- Spare Parts and Accessories
This configuration provides an integrated hydraulic pressing solution for roof tile manufacturing
Testing and Factory Acceptance
Before dispatch, the complete system underwent testing and a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at the Sinter Hydraulics facility.

The testing process was carried out to verify the operation and functionality of the hydraulic press, hydraulic powerpack, control system, and associated components. The equipment was thoroughly checked to ensure that the system was ready for installation and operation at its destination.
Conducting the Factory Acceptance Test prior to shipment helps ensure that the equipment meets the required operational standards before leaving the manufacturing facility.
Carefully Prepared for International Shipment

Following successful testing and inspection, the equipment was carefully prepared for transportation to Nepal.
Particular attention was given to the packing and securing of the machine and its individual components to minimize the possibility of damage, movement, or other hazards during transportation. The equipment, moulds, control components, and spare parts were carefully packed and protected to withstand the handling involved during an international shipment.
The complete equipment was subsequently dispatched through Less than Container Load (LCL) sea freight on 16 October 2026.
Roof Tile Production
Roof tiles are manufactured using specially designed die moulds that define the shape, profile, and dimensions of the finished product. In hydraulic pressing, the raw material is placed into the mould cavity and compressed under controlled pressure to achieve the required tile profile.

The roof tile die mould is designed with a contoured forming surface to produce consistently shaped tiles. When integrated with a hydraulic press, it provides a controlled and repeatable moulding process, supporting efficient roof tile manufacturing.
